The DJ
Gun has been especially designed to
speed up the drying time of all type of water-based
products, i.e. paints, varnishes, rustproofing,
sound proofing, undercoating, etc.
The
design of the gun recreates a "Venturi Effect" which
substantially increases the volume of air delivered.
For instance, by delivering 75 psi to the gun,
the 17 CFM air flow will increase 15 times to 255
CFM. Each gun comes equipped with a micrometric
flow reducer. The gun is outfitted with a special
stainless steel filter located at the suction of
the Venturi cone. This prevents the air borne particles
passing and thereby contaminating the drying surfaces. |

The
DJ Stand has been designed for the operation
of 1 or 2 DJ Air drying guns.
This sturdy, all
metal stand is equipped with a filter, regulator
and a gauge to allow accurate air pressure control.
The stainless steel air supply prevents corrosion
contamination of the paint finish.
The position
of the guns can easily be changed and allows
for great flexibility in directing the air flow. |
