Spray gun designed for spraying undercoating and rustproofing coatings to cars and trucks. The gun body and tank are aluminum with a solvent-resistant nylon cover with bayonet seal. The gun is equipped with an adjustable nozzle to allow for the spraying of different textures.
Undercoating Wand (RA1 UCW) may be helpful in the application of undercoating in hard to reach places, i.e. behind mufflers and around exhaust pipes.
24 inches long, 10 MM (3/8″) OD, 5 MM (3/16″) ID, M11x0.75 thread.
Rustproofing Wand (item RA1 RPW) will atomize the rustproofing in hollow beams, cavities and inside doors.
32 inches long, 10 MM (3/8″) OD, 5 MM (3/16″) ID, M11x0.75 thread.
Depending on the viscosity of the sprayed product, a thinner might have to be mixed in (consult product manufacturer for appropriate thinning agent). Some high viscosity products may be too thick to spray through wands. If the product is hard to spray through the wand, shortening the wand might help.
This spray gun is not for use with motor oil or paints. Cleaning instructions are included. Does not need to be disassembled to be cleaned.
